This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes data on Anna's behalf. When you open a page, your browser sends some technical information: your IP address, the time of the visit, the page requested and your browser type. Cloudflare logs this to deliver the website and to protect it from abuse, such as attacks.
If a page fails to load because of a network error, your browser may send Cloudflare a short technical error report (Network Error Logging). Nothing is sent when a page loads normally.
The legal basis is Anna's legitimate interest in running the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may transfer this data to the United States; it states that it takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. visitor statistics
To see how the website is used, Anna uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small script from Cloudflare records which pages are viewed, the site you came from, your browser, operating system and type of device, your country, and how quickly the page loaded. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not identify you or follow you across other websites. Anna only sees totals, such as how many times a page was viewed.
The legal basis is Anna's legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is processed by Cloudflare as described in section 02.
If you write to Anna by e-mail, your name, e-mail address and message are used only to reply to you and, if you decide to work together, to prepare that work (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). E-mail to this address is received through Apple's iCloud Mail service (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland). Messages are kept until the conversation, or the work that follows from it, has ended, unless the law requires them to be kept longer (for example with invoices). You can ask for them to be deleted sooner.
This website links to Anna's Instagram profile (@anna_hermkens) but does not load any content from Instagram. If you open the link, Instagram's (Meta's) own privacy policy applies.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, please write to the e-mail address above. No automated decisions or profiling take place on this website.
